Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Breast Pain Along With Negative UPT?
Had a chemical pregnancy last cycle. Started bleeding 5th July. Had really wet feeling on 18th July, but have had really painful breasts and a lot of cramping for the past 2 weeks. I don t get that as PMS symptoms. Today, they ve been non stop and more painful, negative pregnancy test.
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cramps in lower abdomen and breast engorgement and tenderness can be present in early pregnancy or premenstrual symptom. If your periods are delayed and the urine pregnancy test is negative, then the chances of premenstrual symptoms are more. I will suggest you to wait for one more week for the periods to come. For severe premenstrual periods, you should take medication for it. Hope you found the answer helpful. Regards Dr Deepti Verma OBGYN
